CONWEAVER’s management combines years of experience and outstanding know-how in the areas of semantic (search) technologies, automatic information integration, knowledge management and ontologies.

Dr. Ing. Thomas Kamps

CEO

Dr. Ing. Thomas Kamps is founder and Managing Director of CONWEAVER and responsible for strategy and sales. After leading positions at the Technical University (TU) Darmstadt, intelligent views GmbH as well as Fraunhofer IGD, he launched CONWEAVER along with CTO Richard Stenzel in 2007.

The graduate mathematician specializes in automatic linking and integration of business critical data as well as its intelligent, context-based editing. His PhD regarding knowledge-based information visualization at the department of computer science at the Technical University of Darmstadt has been recognized as one of the ten best German dissertations by the German Informatics Society. He is a sought-after speaker at IT events in industry and research and author of over 30 scientific publications.

The Saarbrücken native lives south of Darmstadt with his wife and two children. In the nearby Odenwald and Hessian Bergstrasse, the passionate athlete in team and individual sports, finds plenty of trails for mountain biking and to train for occasional alpine-crossings.

Richard Stenzel

CTO

Richard Stenzel is founder and Managing Director of CONWEAVER and in charge of technological development, knowledge engineering and research. After high school in Munich, he graduated with honors at the local Technical University with a degree in computer science, his thesis “Natural language input for the automobile” being commended by the German Informatics Society.

During his professional career, Richard Stenzel held various executive positions; i. e. as software developer, instructor and software engineer at Logo Software GmbH, Logocentro, Synergie-Süd, and IXEC executive information systems in the Bavarian capital. He then worked as a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institutes IPSI / GMD and IGD in Darmstadt prior to the foundation of CONWEAVER.

Sebastian Dörr

Vice President Sales

As Vice President Sales, Sebastian Dörr is responsible for marketing and sales at CONWEAVER GmbH. He began his professional career during his college days at the Technical University in Darmstadt with the foundation of his own software consulting company. Here, and most recently at ITandFactory GmbH, he was in charge of the implementation of business critical software projects at Alfa Laval, Bayer, Borsig, Bosch, EON, GEA, JCI, WCH, Wingas etc. Many other international projects bear Sebastian’s signature. His passion ever since has been the “value of customer data”. With a degree in IT, he now oversees the Go-To-Market strategies at CONWEAVER, in a manner of speaking having been the frontend to the market since 2013.

Residing in former farm house in the vicinity of Darmstadt, he unfortunately does not see his wife and two children as much as he would like.

Yeghishe Mkhitaryan

Director Business Development

After his studies at the Technical University of Yerevan (Armenia) in the field of technical cybernetics, Mr. Mkhitaryan completed a guest study in Rüsselsheim at the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden in mathematics, natural sciences and data processing. Afterwards he obtained his MBA in International Marketing at the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg. 

He began his professional career in 1998 as a junior employee in the Mercedes-Benz Trucks division of Daimler AG. Until 2017, Mr. Mkhitaryan headed various operational, strategic and interdisciplinary tasks in the sales and marketing environment as well as in business process management and strategy development at Daimler AG.

Mr. Mkhitaryan has been Director Business Development at CONWEAVER since May 2018. In this function he is responsible for product management, optimizes processes and develops the business strategy together with the management.

Michael Graf

Director Professional Services

As Director Marketing, Michael Graf is our first contact person for all marketing topics. He started his professional career while still a student at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz as an assistant scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Information and Publication Systems (IPSI) in Darmstadt. Since the foundation of CONWEAVER GmbH, he has been an integral part of the company and driven by the desire to realize "the perfect solution for our customers.

From 2011-2018, the graduate geographer was responsible for all customer projects in his role as Director Professional Services and thus acted as a link between order requirements and solutions. With his new role as Director Marketing, he is now increasingly devoting himself to strategic issues and strives to place the company on a broader footing.

He lives with his wife and three children in the orchards of Darmstadt.

Tiziano Degaetano

Head of Product Development

Being Head of Product Development, Tiziano Degaetano coordinates the internal product development. He first discovered his enthusiasm for linked data environments during his studies at the DHBW in Mannheim, elaborating automated storage possibilities of files, websites and other resources for the Fraunhofer IPSI.

In 2008, he transferred to the newly founded CONWEAVER GmbH. From the very start, he planned and developed tailor-made solution within project teams and in close collaboration with industrial customers. After completing his Masters in Innovation and Technology Management (M.Sc.) he uses his experience close to the customer for the initial and further development of our products. His vision is the continuous development of CONWEAVER’s technology as a flexible foundation for high-performance, scalable and company-specific applications.

Tim Rathgeber

Director Professional Services

Tim Rathgeber heads the Professional Services division of CONWEAVER GmbH. From 2009 to 2014, he was already an integral part of the company's product development, project and presales activities. Most recently, he was responsible for the solution and corporate account management teams of Brother Germany and represented the company in international working groups before joining CONWEAVER's management team.

Challenging customer projects and their associated productive application are as much his incentive as efficient structuring and the vision of worldwide connectivity. Together with the customers of CONWEAVER, a selection of the world's leading manufacturers in the automotive and engineering sectors, he would like to advance and shape this vision.

With his wife and his two children, he lives directly on the Mathildenhöhe with a view of the Darmstadt landmark, the so-called "five-finger tower".
